  • AJS members should log-in to access the member registration. If you are bringing guests, please ensure you provide their contact details.

    Please be prepared to show student ID when attending the event.

"Shaberanaito" (Japanese speaking night) is back! Join AJS-NSW and JETAA NSW members for a casual evening of speaking Japanese while eating delicious Japanese food!

This time we'll be enjoying a set menu at Daruma, with one free drink included.

Cost*$60pp (AJS NSW and JETAA Members), $65 non-members. You will be very well fed -> see course menu below

Registration Closes: August 6 or when spots are filled (max 40 people so sign up quickly!)

Cancellation Policy*: Cancellation is not permitted after the registration closing date. Please understand as we need to finalise our numbers with the restaurant. If you can no longer attend, it is best to find another person to fill your spot, and notify us. See our Event Payment Terms and Cancellations and Refunds policy below for full details.

The fine print re registration and payment:

Event payment terms

(a) Payment in advance is a condition of attending the charged events, and is required to be made no later the close of registration. 
(b) Registration will be deemed incomplete until full payment has been made.
(c) Should payment not be received in full by the Payment Deadline, registration will be cancelled automatically. 
(d) Persons who have registered and paid in full will be given priority over those who have not paid, in the event that an event’s capacity has been reached.
(e) Under no circumstances will registrations and/or payments be accepted at the door of the event.

Cancellations and refunds

(a) Event registration fees are non-refundable except where refunds are required by applicable laws.
(b) If you cancel your event registration via our website prior to thpayment deadline, you will be offered a credit of equal value in our system, which can be used for a future event or a membership payment.
(c) If you cancel after the registration deadline or are a “no show”, no refund or credit will be provided.
(d) If you cannot attend an event at short notice, after you have paid and registration has closed, you may send an alternate person in your place provided prior notice is given to AJS-NSW. That person does not need to be an AJS-NSW member but we may request them to immediately pay the difference between the member and the non-member fee, if applicable.
